As a child, I would ride along with my grandfather a General Contractor to visit his West Palm Beach area job sites. After taking an interest in construction and finishing high school I would go on to attend The University of Florida’s School of Building Construction in The College of Architecture. After working for a local Developer and here in West Palm Beach I then become certified as a General Contractor. The Clay Kohlmeyer offices have remained in Palm Beach Gardens since 1987.
